My doctor told me I am an anemic, and I had a slight bladder infection. Is there anything that I can take naturally to help relieve these symptoms? I am nine weeks pregnant.

Before purchasing this product, I'd like to know if there are any adverse effects once you stop taking it? This depends on you sir; if you will be able to perform at peak performance once stop taking the capsules! However, in regards to adverse side effects, there are none with herbs, only drugs. Now when you stop taking the herbs, I can't tell you what the results will be because I don't know your diet. The best way to know is to do a thing!

I am a runner. I tend to cramp up at or about 22 or 23-mile mark. What can I take to prevent this from happening?

I am currently on prescribed heart-related medications (Coumadin, Spironalactone, Coreg, Prinivil) due to heart surgery I had on 1990 (double bypass and aortic heart valve replacement). I am 37 years old 5'5" tall and I weigh 244 pounds. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression and thalassemia minor. I just had a child 5 months ago... Every now and then this really sad or hopeless feeling comes over me and I just want to cry for no reason. I had tonsillitis as a child. The last time I had it at the age of 12 my right tonsil remained somewhat swollen. It developed crypts but has not otherwise bothered me until recently. I am now 28 and about a month ago both my tonsils swelled up completely, so much so that I could barely swallow. I took Penicillin for about 8 days, which seemed to bring down the swelling. My husband has been losing blood when he goes to the bathroom for 6 weeks.
