I wanted to know if your Oxy-Oil would be good for dark under eye circles that I have. The circles are just under my eyes and I was not born with this condition and I do not know what is the cause. I use to be a smoker could the circles be the result of years of smoking? Please help I want to use a natural method and tried other (drug store) products. Thank you and I look forward to your advise.
