My boyfriend and I did the Full Body Cleanse together so we could support each other and hold each other accountable. I must say it was very easy in the beginning as we LOVE fruits and vegetables. Towards the end I started to think I wasn't going to make it as I was having a hard time finding some types of dips to eat with my fruits. But I did make it. He lost 18 pounds and I lost 16! He did this cleanse last year and lost 22 so I decided to try it with him. The menstrual cycle tea is very pleasant tasting tea. It has definitely made an improvement on my cycle. The cramps are are almost non existent and it is a lot lighter. I would definitely recommend it. *
