Full Body Cleanse is worth the money hands down. This is more than a "detox". This cleanse gives a whole new outlook on better eating, clean eating. I thought I was insane for tempting to go without meat for 20 days. I'm on my 15th day and couldn't be more happier with my choice. After this is over I don't think I'll revert back to my old habits of excessive sweets and fried fast food. While on the FBC my cravings were controlled, my hungry was controlled, even my blood pressure was even controlled. I highly recommend this cleanse. There are so many healthy choices to choose from that you will probably need to take this book with you to the grocery store as you search the isles for all of these nutritious products.
