I was apprehensive at first when I saw this soap, thinking it is just like the others. But, this black soap bar has made a BIG difference in my skin as a whole. I just completed my first Full Body Cleanse. I must say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! I thought I'd be hungry, have headaches, upset stomach from so many pills, however, that was not the case. I did use the method on the website to slowly introduce the capsules into my system rather than taking 5 pills right off the start. For my next cleanse, I will begin taking 5 pills immediately. My weight was 178.5 to start and is now 165.3. I feel great, lighter, I look better, (meaning I see the inches / fat melting away) my stomach has gone down, and I am sleeping better. I did find the bowel movement capsules to be a bit strong, but I kept to the plan and I'm fine. The raw diet was not a problem, except for the 4th of July weekend -:); I ate what I wanted for that day, in very small portions and continued my journey the next day. I am now starting the maintenance program as of today. I continue to have a smoothie for breakfast and I'm still eating salads for lunch and a smoothie or small salad for dinner, however, now I might add a bit of baked chicken. The cleanse really helped me to focus more on what and when I put in my body. I would definitely recommend this product, I think it is a good value compared to other supplement plans I've looked at and I plan to do this again. It's not hard, but you must be committed and stick to the plan. I do have a question for Dherbs. I've reviewed the website FAQ's and I see where it is recommended to do the Full Body Cleanse 4 times a year AND I saw an entry where some clients do it back to back. Can you advise which is best method to get the best benefit from the product ? *

I love Dherbs! I do a cleanse at least twice a year, sometimes three and it makes me feel amazing from the inside out. I completed the 10 day cleanse about a month ago and wished I had gotten the 20 day again. Don't get me wrong the 10 day is awesome but I could have gone another week with the herbs. :) *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse about a week ago. I have never ever felt so good while detoxing. Once I completed the FBC i felt so amazing. It really is an amazing product.. I must say thou after I completed my detox and started eating again I started feeling bad and very constipated. I lost 10 lbs. I decided to try the weight lost product. Waiting for it to be delivered. I find the product to be great, I find that I should continue to use the product until I complete my weight loss goal.
