Luv the Full Body Cleanse! It's really not that difficult to follow. You find creative ways with the recipes and the weight loss you can achieve is awesome! It gives you energy and just overall great health benefits. Will order again. Within the first week I lost 11lbs!! I'm now ordering other products to try like the hair skin and nail vitamins. *
