I took the D-Herbs Full Body Cleanse approximately a year ago. It was great for my body. I was actually able to lose about twelve Pounds during that period. That could have been more, because I actually did the cleanse during my birthday month, which caused a little cheating, and I also attended a party for a friend that graduated from med school during that time. I look forward to taking the cleanse again very soon. I feel that it instills mental discipline as well as the physical effects that it has to offer.
