It was hard the first couple of days. Now on day 6, it is starting to feel like a norm.It takes a little bit getting used to taking 30 pills a day on the Full Body Cleanse but once I started feeling my clothes getting loose, I decided it was worth sticking to it. Even though I like to see amazing numbers, I will be happy with inches first. On the other hand my husband decided that he would join me on this venture with me and starting taking the pills as well. In only a short four days he lost 9.5 pounds. *

I was ready to do the Full Body Cleanse. I am 11 days into it and look forward to the next nine. I have lost 10 pounds. I am diabetic and my blood sugar is much more stable. I no longer take Ambien to sleep and find I am sleeping quite well. The bathroom has become a constant companion but with much better results than before I started the cleanse. I will say that I have found purchasing organic fruits and vegetables seems costly; but, when I consider how much I spent on coffee, eating out, and snacks, I believe it more than equals out to what I spent before. Preparing the food is time consuming. This is because I have chosen to make this way of eating more than a 20-day experience and am learning the methodology of a raw foods diet. I may not end up entirely raw foods but I will not go back to the unhealthy way of eating even if it is more convenient. I set up alarms on my cell phone in order to keep on track with taking the herbs and that worked out very well. I feel more energized but not in a nervous way. I do like the smell of the herbs. Truly glad I am doing this! It won't be the only time I do it. *

Bowel motion worked absolutely wonderful, it did everything I expected it to with cramping. *

I was finally able to get this cleanse and I am so glad I did. I can totally feel a difference in how I sleep and how my body feels since starting the Full Body Cleanse and I like it. So far I have lost a total of 15 pounds but I still have a week to go. Once my 20 days are complete I will be purchasing the Weight Release Cleanse so keep my momentum going. These are great products and recommend this for anyone! *
