I did the Full Body Cleanse the month of July. It wasn't easy and I did struggle at the beginning. However I did have significant results, I lost 14.5 lbs. I'm sure if I didn't have some weak moments there would have been even more significant results. Ive encouraged family and friends to give it a shot. Since I purchased the Bowel Motion I have had a bowel movement within 24 hrs. No cramping or bloating. I wish I would had found this product earlier in life. I just turned 40, have a 2 year old daughter, developed high blood pressure when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and am Vitamin D deficient. Even after I spent a year working out 5 to 7 times per week, I never lost one pound! I had purchased the Full Body Cleanse in the past but sold it after reading the instruction booklet, thinking I could never attempt such a drastic eating challenge. Looking back now, I was not in the right mind-set and just needed to read more (a lot more) and I planned a beach trip (great motivation there!) One thing I read that stuck with me & completely changed my thinking was this: weight loss is 80% what you eat & 20% exercise.
