My husband and I first completed the FULL BODY CLEANSE in April. I was totally amazed at our results. Even though he lost weight faster than I it didn't bother me too much because I watched the scale drop drastically over the 20 days for us both. We felt like new people in new skin! We learned to enjoy healthy eating choices and new experiences with food selections. After the cleanse we kept up our good eating habits for a while but eventually we slowly crept back into bad habits. I began my 20-day Full Body Cleanse on September 1st. By day 20, I was 25lbs lighter and felt amazing. Although I completed the cleanse, I continued the raw food diet as I was training for a sports competition, which was to begin on October 7th. On the morning of my flight out to Minneapolis for the competition, I was another 5lbs lighter, bringing my weight loss to 30lbs. As a result, I played incredibly well and enjoyed some success. The first two days on the cleanse for me were challenging as I experienced some headaches and fatigue, but beginning on the third day, it felt as though I had released all the toxins from my body, and everything just looked and felt clearer. Every day thereafter, I felt better and better. This feeling helped motivate me to stay focused on the plan as I did struggle with some cravings. But the better I felt and the more weight was released, the more determined I became.
