While being on my 20 day Full Body Cleanse I noticed for me, that my energy or stamina level did increased, I like to run, so I begin to challenge myself, before I could finish the 20 day cleanse, I was running 6 miles straight thru, 3-4 times a week at will. I also lost about 20lbs without any effort, but I need that back, lol!!! Also by staying with a good diet my digestive system continues to work properly, I'm now trying to get my family to get on this 20 day cleanse and proper dieting to better health and a better life, this works for me thanks DHerbs for your products. *

I finished the 20 days... I lost the 20 lbs I've been trying to take off for a while... my skin never looked this good... it was uneven in color... I was always tired no matter how much sleep I got... now with cleared skin and so much energy. I feel and look better than when I was in my 20's. My experience with the Full Body Cleanse was positive. I lost maybe 8 lbs. Overall I loved the idea that was cleaning my whole body and my mind. There were intense days that eating raw was intense...the morning I dropped my morning smoothie with no time to make a new one before work. I made it though with apples and a banana. I recommend the cleanse to a younger person hopefully with their delicate system it will work well for them. Thanks! *
