Great Information! Great product! I purchased the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen. I'm still within my 20 days of the cleanse so I can't speak to the effectiveness of the product. What I can say is the instructions are well written and easy enough to follow. My issue, which may not be an issue to most, is the weight loss. I didn't want to lose weight I'm already thin so I wasn't looking forward to losing any weight. I did contact the herbalist and they assured me that the weight I lost was unneeded weight and that I wouldn't lose more than I needed to. I really enjoy the baths. Sticking to the diet is difficult but not impossible. I planned my meals and recipes a month before I started the cleanse and it was still hard but I'm doing it. I'm looking forward to not having to swallow 30 (no exaggeration) pills a day. The pills are working I can really see the difference in my skin and bowel movements and energy. The main cleanse takes place between 7am and 7pm so after 7pm daily you are not taking any pills, you are just resting. So far so good. I will buy again. *

Dear DHERBS, Back in March of this year, I heard about your product on the Steve Harvey Radio morning show. I was curious about the information they were sharing about how this 20-day Full Body Cleanse would really help people with health problems. Once I got home, I went online to see for myself what the fuss was about. They said it would help those with high blood pressure and diabetes and since I had both, you had my attention. In 1999, I was diagnosed with having type-2 diabetes and high blood pressure and no matter how many new drugs the doctors had prescribed for me, I could not control what was going on in my body. I was working for FedEx at the time and I was always tired and could not catch my breath. I was hired to carry heavy packages for a living and it got to the point where I could not do my job effectively anymore. I was also having heart issues and was worried that I was not going to make it past 40 years of age. My Mom and Dad died from complications with blood sugar, blood pressure and heart ailments and I knew I was heading in that direction. so once I heard what this body cleanse could do, I was nervous, but felt hopeful that it could work for me. My blood pressure and blood sugar had always been in the high triple digits and my doctors kept warning me that I could have a stroke or heart attack at anytime, so I decided to give this body cleanse a try. After my first 20 days of using these products, I lost 19.5 pounds. My blood pressure was no longer in the triple digits and my blood sugar was lower and not in the danger zones. My A1C went from a 13 to 9.5. So, it all had gone down and I knew I had to tell people about it. I went on the cleanse for a second time in August and lost another 10 pounds with my blood pressure and blood sugar staying in the low range and my health was much better and my overall energy level had increased. I no longer craved or ate fast foods, except for their salads so fruits and veggies was now a main part of my eating lifestyle. I dropped another 10 pounds after the second 20 days and was now under 200 pounds for the first time since I was in middle school back in the 70's. (My highest weight was over 300 pounds back in 1989). After my Dad died in 2011, I brought home all of his suits, but could not wear them because he was a smaller sized man. 2 weeks ago, I finally was able to wear one of his suits without sucking anything in and it felt awesome to wear one of his fine suits to church that Sunday morning. Flora Balance Cleanse was great and I lost 13 pounds! I chose the Flora Balance cleanse because I've read that if you're overweight, you almost certainly have candida overgrowth. I also have had antibiotics before and read that it contributes to overgrowth. That said, I never did a stool test to prove it but went with my gut and did a candida cleanse. I stuck to the raw diet for the entire ten days and did the recommended bath soaks about 5 or 6 days as well. Day 2 was the hardest, I woke up with a headache and felt very tired and fatigued and had to force myself to eat a salad. I slept most of the day and felt normal again by the evening. I suggest starting this cleanse on a Friday so you can have 2 weekends to cope with any difficult side effects. The other days I felt great and have used the cleanse as a jump start to a weight loss journey (I need to lose 100 pounds). After the cleanse, I don't have any cravings for sweets like I used to and have continued to eat healthy, mostly vegan, but I'm not trying to be a vegan. It's been about 4 days since I finished the cleanse and I haven't even drank anything besides water. I feel really clean and focused and want to keep it going. I did not workout at all during the cleanse, but started back on Monday (first day after cleanse) although exercise is OK while cleansing. I listened to my body and decided not to overdo it though. I highly recommend this cleanse and suggest that you plan your meals well in advance. You can get creative with salads by adding nuts (I sometimes glazed mine in maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg) and fruits like peaches, apples. I had smoothies for breakfast (made with a basic blender, not anything expensive), a big salad for lunch, and smoothies or raw veggies for dinner. As long as you commit to it you can do it! *

Nothing but the truth!! It worked just as it promised. No harshness, no "living in the john", but it worked as promised. I regained energy and stamina. I exercised regularly and remained motivated. It has encouraged me to eat less meat and more raw fruits and veggies - no more over cooking veggies. I even think clearer. It was great and I will definitely repeat the Full Body Cleanse in the future. *

I finished my Full Body Cleanse today and I must say I feel great!!! The night of the first day I did get sick and I called the company the next day and they got back to me pretty quickly. I started off on a smaller # the 2 and 3rd day but got back up to the 30. I've only lost 3 lbs total but the overall experience has been awesome I'm the healthiest I've ever been. Eating raw was not hard for me to do at all, my husband has noticed the difference I think he wants to do the cleanse as well. I ordered the maintenance package to stay on track but I'm definitely staying on the raw foods lifestyle change and I'm going to do another cleanse at the beginning of the year.
