Very good! I would do it again! I started the cleanse so I can later do the Uterus Cleanse. I lost about 10 lbs. My doctor was ecstatic because it's been so long trying to drop the weight. I really didn't care about the scale because I wanted to keep muscle. So I didn't stress it but loss inches too. It also help me with the cravings and help me to eliminate certain foods out of my diet. Breads and other bad carbs. I would recommend The Full Body Cleanse. *
