Flora Balance Cleanse was great and I lost 13 pounds! I chose the Flora Balance cleanse because I've read that if you're overweight, you almost certainly have candida overgrowth. I also have had antibiotics before and read that it contributes to overgrowth. That said, I never did a stool test to prove it but went with my gut and did a candida cleanse. I stuck to the raw diet for the entire ten days and did the recommended bath soaks about 5 or 6 days as well. Day 2 was the hardest, I woke up with a headache and felt very tired and fatigued and had to force myself to eat a salad. I slept most of the day and felt normal again by the evening. I suggest starting this cleanse on a Friday so you can have 2 weekends to cope with any difficult side effects. The other days I felt great and have used the cleanse as a jump start to a weight loss journey (I need to lose 100 pounds). After the cleanse, I don't have any cravings for sweets like I used to and have continued to eat healthy, mostly vegan, but I'm not trying to be a vegan. It's been about 4 days since I finished the cleanse and I haven't even drank anything besides water. I feel really clean and focused and want to keep it going. I did not workout at all during the cleanse, but started back on Monday (first day after cleanse) although exercise is OK while cleansing. I listened to my body and decided not to overdo it though. I highly recommend this cleanse and suggest that you plan your meals well in advance. You can get creative with salads by adding nuts (I sometimes glazed mine in maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg) and fruits like peaches, apples. I had smoothies for breakfast (made with a basic blender, not anything expensive), a big salad for lunch, and smoothies or raw veggies for dinner. As long as you commit to it you can do it! *

Nothing but the truth!! It worked just as it promised. No harshness, no "living in the john", but it worked as promised. I regained energy and stamina. I exercised regularly and remained motivated. It has encouraged me to eat less meat and more raw fruits and veggies - no more over cooking veggies. I even think clearer. It was great and I will definitely repeat the Full Body Cleanse in the future. *

I finished my Full Body Cleanse today and I must say I feel great!!! The night of the first day I did get sick and I called the company the next day and they got back to me pretty quickly. I started off on a smaller # the 2 and 3rd day but got back up to the 30. I've only lost 3 lbs total but the overall experience has been awesome I'm the healthiest I've ever been. Eating raw was not hard for me to do at all, my husband has noticed the difference I think he wants to do the cleanse as well. I ordered the maintenance package to stay on track but I'm definitely staying on the raw foods lifestyle change and I'm going to do another cleanse at the beginning of the year. Very good! I would do it again! I started the cleanse so I can later do the Uterus Cleanse. I lost about 10 lbs. My doctor was ecstatic because it's been so long trying to drop the weight. I really didn't care about the scale because I wanted to keep muscle. So I didn't stress it but loss inches too. It also help me with the cravings and help me to eliminate certain foods out of my diet. Breads and other bad carbs. I would recommend The Full Body Cleanse. *
