The Hair Skin Nails supplement is great. After taking it for a few weeks I noticed that my skin was getting smoother on my face and some of my worse blemishes under my chin were getting lighter. My nails are also growing longer and they don't break as easy. I haven't notice much growth with my hair but it is a little softer.
