The Full Body Cleanse works. Even though I am physically fit and have had many professional colonic treatments. This product helped me to lose several inches and approximately 17 pounds. This was the first cleanse I've ever taken & I'm glad I chose DHerbs. Although I only made it through the cleanse 2 weeks, I lost 15lbs and I felt great. The only reason I fell off the wagon is because I wasn't prepared and I do believe as a noob, you have to prepare your meals ahead of time so "life" won't get in the way... None of the herbs ever caused me cramping or discomfort.At one point I did feel as if all I did was take capsules all day, but you get use to it. The Full Body Cleanse was a life changing experience for me. I also purchased the FBC Companion Booklet and took it very seriously. I was fully committed to making it work for me and I felt an immediate difference in my energy level after about 5 days. I noticed how my skin looked radiant and a lot less greasy/oily as it usually was. I felt lighter on my feet as I continued to workout, I drunk amples amount of distilled water and made sure I took my supplements on time. I even kept a journal of the things I'd eaten every day for the full 3 weeks. I will admit the first 2 days I had a headache as my body was adjusting to the change in my diet but it was well worth it. I lost a total of 8 pounds but it felt like I had at least lost 15. The bloated feeling was gone and even though I'd drink on average 70 or more ounces of water a day, I didn't feel bloated at all. I used the bathroom very often at first but my body adjusted to that also after a week in a half. I realized what was going on and accepted that the supplements were simply flushing and cleansing my body. I thought it would be challenging to take 30 pills a day and omit certain foods from my diet but it really wasn't and I was so pleased with how I felt after completing the detox that I promised myself that this is something I will do every six month for the tune up my body needs.
