After a few days on the Full Body Cleanse, I noticed I had a lot more energy throughout the day, and during my workouts I was a lot more flexible and energized. By the end of the detox I had lost 20 pounds and felt like I was in high school again. A nagging lower back pain I had was gone and my complexion was a lot clearer.
