I've done the Full Body Cleanse a number of times. When I follow all the rules, I lose a little over 20 lbs. It puts me on a different path afterward because the cravings for meat and sweets aren't as bad anymore. It's definitely a great starting point for becoming a vegetarian or vegan. I have used the Bowel Motion Tea with great success. Since I like tea and drink it daily, adding the Bowel Motion Tea to the mix was quite easy since it actually has a very pleasant taste. I don't really consider it as medicinal...the taste does not come across that way. I have used it with success by combining it with other Dherbs products successfully. I find it to be a much better way of staying regular relative to the many other products that are out there to choose from. I also sometimes alternate it with another Dherbs product, the Weight Release Tea. enjoy, a satisfied customer. *
