Absolutely delicious. I cannot eat many of the food bars because they are very hard and I wear braces. But this bar is nice and soft. In addition, it has cranberries throughout the bar. Full of cranberries and flavor, absolutely delicious and worth every bite. *

It curves the hunger in you, I tried the raw foods but couldn’t for 10 days… but I was still able to shed some weights off. I did steamed veggies and lots of fruits.
