I lost 10 lbs so far on the Full Body Cleanse! I can definitely tell it's getting the impurities out of my body, and my energy and mental clarity have improved too! It is a lot of pills to take and I'm perfectly okay in taking them, knowing that it's helping get my body back to optimal performance. Make sure to drink plenty of water and water-based fruits.
