During the cold months I keep this iron tea on hand. My extremities (fingers and toes) would get extremely cold. I'd be feeling like I was fine and all of a sudden they'd start to feel numb. Dherbs has done it again! I was frequently battling the dry sinus pressure around my nose and in my face, sore throats, and annoying nasal drips. Every single time the weather shifts or any significant change in barometric pressure would occur I'd get these symptoms. Living in Louisiana, the weather constantly flip flops so imagine how frequent this was. I was sick of going to urgent care, receiving cortisone shots, and taking z packs. I doubted the Lungs & Respiratory Tea at first, but to my surprise it has tremendously helped me. I haven't gotten to the point of a sinus infection this year. I contribute this to drinking this tea at the onset of my symptoms and drinking occasionally for maintenance. *
