Wow, how can even begin to tell you how this helped me and I wish I could stay on it everyday. I have been battling breast cancer. treatment, surgery, fatigue, you name it and it's been apart of my life. But when I went on this 10 day cleanse with my brother, my life drastically changed. I had energy, I felt better than I had felt in years, but once I went off the cleanse I was back to where I was prior to the cleanse. so I am asking can someone call me so we can talk about how this might have been. It has a light sweet flavor, which allows me to drink it straight without adding a sweetner although I drink most of my teas without adding a sweetener. I love the Sea Moss Powder because it helps my thyroid. I'll be honest I was scared to start the Full Body Cleanse. I thought I'd have to go to the bathroom uncontrollably but that wasn't the case at all. It's very manageable. I set a timer on my phone to take the pills (the pill container is so helpful). There is a high frequency of urination due to drinking a lot of water. I didn't take off from work and took most of the pills while at work. Never had an accident. Around the midpoint I noticed I released so much more waste than usual.. a volume I've never seen before.. I feel so clean.. I lost a total of 10 pounds. Yes the diet is challenging but it's worth it. I highly recommend this cleanse. *
