I am very pleased with the Full Body Cleanse. It gave me energy, I slept better, it curb my cravings, and even helped stabilize my mood. One of my biggest concerns was, that I was not eliminating daily, this helped me move my bowls. This is my second time using the cleanse. I will make this cleanse a regular part of my life style. A cleanse is a life style not just something you do so that you can eat bad for 6 months then cleanse. The only thing that I struggled with is planning my meals daily. I have to admit, I don't love all of the dherbs recipes. The ones I do love, I eat a lot and then I have to be creative so I don't eat cooked food. It's worth it for your health. I have been studying the website and I now plan to use Dherbs vitamins instead of the big box store vitamins. My next step is to use the Weight release cleanse. I buy this focus inhaler often. Its aromatherapy is very effective in "re-centering" oneself. It also helps during anxious moments. *

My children and I have been using this herbal tooth powder for less than a week and WOW! Our teeth are already whiter and my mouth just feels fresher. The activated charcoal powder is an amazing product! Not only it does what is it is meant to do, but I find that it is also helpful to bring me better sleep ranges at night. Where I use to wake up through out the night, this product helps me to sleep so much better. I also incorporate this in my morning regiment to increase active bowel movement. This has also been an issue in my life which made it difficult to have a normal bowel movement but the activated charcoal has made me become more regular. *

Since using the Weight Release Tea I can tell a BIG difference in bloating. Before using I had an issue with regularity but not anymore. The taste is nice enough so I don’t have to add monk fruit or anything. 10/10 would recommend. *
