This is a great product to help me maintain my weight goal result after I finished my weight release cleanse. Beside this you still need to continue eat healthy otherwise you will regain your weight back . I did weight release cleanse first and lost quit a bit of weight , but after get back to normal eating habit I gained some weight back but still good, so I decided to use maintenance package to help me maintain my weight and reach my goal. *
