I've tried the 10 day cleanse when I took a month and cheated my food intake. The 10 day helped me get back on track. I would recommend the 10 day and the Full Body cleanse when you want to start eating properly. I originally started with the Full Body cleanse and became a Vegan from there. I lost at least 22lbs; gained extreme energy; was a lot happier throughout the day and; a mind energized in productivity. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! The first time I used it, I lost 18 pounds. I've tried many products, this by far is the best. All you have to do is follow the plan and you will see weight loss daily. *

It was a different experience. I followed the plan as it stated and ate raw fruits, veggies and nuts. I also tried a few of the FBC approved recipes on the website, because I didn't want to get bored with the food, and end up losing my momentum. Although I didn't notice any fat loss, I ended up losing 11 lbs, which was probably water weight and impurity release. *

The Male Cleanse worked great I believe it would have been even better if I followed diet, but I didn't still got great results. Will buy again in future. *
