Oh my goodness! Where do I begin. I've done a lot of research on the Full Body Cleanse and I can say I was super impressed. I wasn't hungry for anything more than what I ate. The first 12 day were great then my family barbecued some whole chicken wings and I demolished them behind their backs. I felt really bad about it but I moved on, because no one is perfect. One thing about your weight is that if you weigh yourself daily like I did your weight won't change from the day before but you really have to keep going. I felt like with this cleanse, you have to hold yourself responsible when you cheat. I started at 243.7 and ended at 227. This is an awesome cleanse and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. I am happy I made the decision to purchase this product ☺. I have since purchased the maintenance package and the weight release as well but have not used them as of yet. Since the Full body cleanse, I have only regained 2lbs because of some things only I can change. I have changed my diet and I am eating a lot healthier. I liked the product and even though I only did 10 days I feel great. It stopped my sugar cravings I have a sweet tooth and I didn't miss the sugar at all. It was a little hard for me to just eat fruits and veggies but I did most of the time and when I did eat something light it was a salad with small piece of chicken but I still lost 5lbs.
