I had an excellent experience with the flora balance cleanse. Great recipe recommendations that are filling and satisfying. The first day was the most challenging, after that, it was gradually easier day by day. Today is my last day of the flora balance cleanse. I have always considered a vegan diet in the past although committing was difficult for me. I am so excited about the Dherbs recipes that I intend to stay on a vegan diet indefinitely. As someone who suffers from lymphedema, I have trouble with circulation in my lower legs. I have been looking for something to help with the swelling. I have only been drinking this lymphatic cleanse tea for a little over a week and I am really enjoying it.
