Purchased the Full Body Cleanse as an additional step in my journey to optimum health. I had an amazing time on this cleanse. I feel I must say this first though, I had already begun transitioning to an entirely raw diet composed mostly of fruits over the past 3 months so eating raw and taking the supplements wasn't as difficult for me as it would be for someone who eats mostly cooked foods.
