I love this product. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8. However, I still experience bloating but I have those dreadful fibroids. I ordered some for my husband. The Bowel Motion has become a must in my home. I tell people about it. My sister noticed I lost weight. I told her I am tired of taking blood pressure meds. Great program, I was totally overthinking this. The meal plan and pills was not difficult at all. I’m a person that hate pills I normally have problems swallowing them. With the Full Body Cleanse I had no issues at all. My toughest issue was with the no coffee but I only had 2 days of a little nagging headache but nothing to stress about . The big wow factor was the weight loss of 15 lbs and I had a lump under my arm for years (I had tested and no cancer) and it’s completely gone. I also had skin tags that are gone. I have made a promise that I’m going to do this system once a year. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time. *
