The Full Body Cleanse was the easiest cleanse I’ve ever tried. The scheduled times to take the pills really kept me focused from the time I woke until it was time to go to bed. My energy was thru the roof and because of the pounds I was loosing on a daily basis...this made me want to get up everyday and walk/workout. Dherbs has definitely found a lifelong customer. I’ve been sending my transformation pictures to friends and family and they are loving the new look. I love the Full Body Cleanse. I have to be totally transparent and say that I did not follow the diet plan. I still lost a few pounds and noticed a difference however had I had stuck to the diet plan completely, I would have lost a lot more weight. I was not hungry, I planned on just doing the Full Body Cleanse 5 days but once I got started. I started feeling good I dropped 15 lbs. I refused to stop, I didn't miss cooked food plus I was doing something good for my health. It's worth it I ordering the maintenance plan. I don't want to return back to old habits. I didn't have to take sinus meds. I realize dairy was the cause of a lot of my issues. I will no longer eat EGGS AND CHEESE this made me have problems with Mucus. *

The Full Body Cleanse really works if you stick to the plan. I have done the cleanse 3 times and have felt great. The first time I lost 25 lbs.
