Bowel Motion keeps my 19 year old daughter regular; by the way she is not a bad eater either. She had surgery on her stomach when she was a baby twice. I completed the 20 day cleanse first and had great results. I decided to try the 10 day as I wanted to see what the shorter time would do for me. I lost 11lbs with the 10 day cleanse and feel great. I recommend both, requires discipline, but totally worth it. I worked out during the cleanse and I believe that assisted with the weight loss. I found this one to be better for me vs the 20 day, but I would definitely do both of them again. *
