In the winter months I have very very dry scalp. It itches and flakes. My hair strands also become very dry and brittle. I have used many Colon Cleanse products to stay regular and Bowel Motion is by far the best. It will keep you regular without any cramping or bloating. I just take 2 every night and a full glass of water and it works the next morning. I love all of the DHerbs products and all of his recipes are great. I would highly recommend to anyone. *
