Colon & Digestive Tract is amazing. It helps flush everything out to keep you feeling great and light. Literally after the first day, I started feeling it working. It helps with constipation and bloating and overall weight loss. I use it in combination with Bowel Motion and the two work amazingly. The way I take these supplements is 3 capsules of Bowel Motion at night preferably two/ three hours before bed, so the cleansing can undergo while asleep and 3 capsules of Colon & Digestive Tract as soon as I wake up in the morning. I've tried a few "bowel"/"colon cleanses" before and was pleasantly surprised with the results. No awful side/pre effects (I.e.; cramps, rumbling, gas, etc...). As long as you're amply hydrated the relief will be natural and not inopportune rushed/urgent. Point blank it does what it's supposed to do. *
