I ordered the Full Body Cleanse a couple years back before taking a trip. My husband and I did it together. Although I was a little jealous that it worked better for him, I was still satisfied with my results. I lost 22 lb at the end of my cleanse and he lost 28.5. It was hard in the beginning getting used to not eating whatever I wanted but well worth the trouble in the end. I used to have swollen ankles at least once a week and that stopped and also always felt tired but that to changed. After about the 6th or 7th day I had already felt and saw change in us both. I would recommend this to anyone to do. *

I recommend the Full Body Cleanse to everyone!! I must admit finding good recipes was the hardest part of my cleansing...but it was well worth it!!!! I’ve never felt so good!! Not only do you feel awake and energetic, you sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed. I even felt that I and my breathing was better. I lost 11lbs and was happy with that because overall I just felt...for lack of better words MARVELOUS!!
