I've used the Full Body Cleanse about 4 times. I think it's a good product. The last time I used it was in January of this year. This time around I lost about 20 lbs. It surprised me because I usually lose about 12 lbs on my cleanses. I didn't really do the cleanse to lose weight. I wanted to jump start a new healthy lifestyle and get rid of my sugar cravings, also rid my body of all the toxins. I will continue to use the Full Body Cleanse in the future. I like how it cleanses and regulates your system. You really do feel clean on the inside. The hardest part for me is around day 10. I start to get tired of eating raw foods, and want cooked vegetables. I don't crave sweets or meat, but I do start to crave something cooked. All in all, I think It's a good product and if you stick with it, you will benefit and see results. *

I did the 10-day cleanse while recovering from surgery. I didn't exercise and lost 7 lbs. Then my husband and I did the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and followed the eating plan exactly. Although I didn't do the recommended exercise, I walked 3 days a week and lost 15 lbs, while my husband lost 18 lbs. I felt much better, and my feet were no longer swollen as they were prior to the cleanse - I know it was because of the Cardiovascular regimen. I will be buying those next. Excellent scent! Alpha Male Oil is a great product. Very easy to apply on body. Not watery or slippery. *

I've been using the Full Body Cleanse Tea in conjunction with the Bowel Motion Tea. I drink this tea every morning and sometimes through the day. This tea keeps me full and I've noticed that I don't snack when drinking it. I add lemon juice and honey to take away any bitter taste and it tastes wonderful. I wanted to do a small cleanse before doing the 20 day cleanse just to jump start my cleanse. I love this detox tea and how it makes me feel throughout the day!!! *

I've been using the Bowel Motion Tea for about 2 weeks. I drink a cup every night and it keeps me regular every morning. This tea does not have you running to the bathroom and does not mess with your stomach. I have also noticed that my stomach is also going down and I'm not bloated like I used to be. I'm about to order the 20 day cleanse but I will definitely be ordering more of this tea. *

I am in love with the Maintenance Package for two good reasons. First, it helped me to maintain the results that I achieved from the FBC. Second, it's fewer capsules or pills. *
