I was sick, battling back-to-back cases of COVID. The whole ordeal left me with a nagging cough - and I do mean nagging! I was coughing all day and all night, to the point where I was losing sleep and constantly feeling exhausted. I only started with 5 days but this cleanse really reset my body. I notice i didn’t have the gassy/bloating feeling. I now know what was effecting my skin and scalp once i started to reintroduce food back in after the cleanse. I’m going to do it every month to reset my body. These products truly work! The Menstrual Cycle Tea tastes sooo good! And really does help you pass your menses easier. I recommend pairing this with the Menstrual Cycle formula or the Uterus formula. I also recommend doing the Uterus Cleanse and paying attention to the foods you eat during your cycle for best results. I notice when I don't take this my cycles are more painful. This is why I need to always have it! *
