I have been using the bowl motion formula now for about 2 years, and it helps keep me regular. I have used other things such as miralax and fiber tablets. Nothing else works as good to me like the bowl motion pills. I take the recommended amount at night before bed. In the morning I feel light and not bloated at all. *

Love the slim stick. I have been using this for about 4-5 weeks and have seen an improvement. It can be put on stomach, legs, arms, anywhere you would like to slim down. I wrap my body once I rub slim stick. It's very easy to use, not too heavy. It really works wonders but have to do it everyday and not give up if you don't see results. A winner product. *
