I absolutely love the "colon & digestive tract" supplement. Before taking this, I would have a bowel movement one or twice a week. It helps keep me regular and I don't feel all backed up. I don't feel bloated anymore. Now I will continue to order this product faithfully and I'll recommend it to anyone. *

Not sure on how effective the Full Body Cleanse was health wise, but I did feel better and lost weight--which initially is why I did the cleanse. It was VERY hard sticking to the diet. It might have been easier if I had time to try some of the recipes. Wish you had a better container for the charcoal--maybe a packet for each day. It is very fly away so hard to measure and it gets all over the measuring area so you're not sure of the measurements either. For people who have used the product before, you might save by giving a discount for not including the holder, because it can be reused. And for people who've ordered before there should be an automatic discount to give people the incentive to keep coming back. Overall I think it was good for me and helped me lose weight. Also, I was moving toward becoming a vegetarian, and it helped me get closer to becoming one. *

I resorted to the thyroid aid because the medication my doctor prescribed was not helping with my thyroid issues/goiter. I noticed once I started taking the thyroid aid I had more energy and felt less depressed. I haven't gained any weight either so I think the thyroid aid may be helping keep my weight under control. I ran out of these vitamins once and definitely felt the difference, and have stayed stocked up ever since. Would and have recommended this product. *
