So, my friend and I decided to do the Full Body Cleanse together. He's in Kabul, Afghanistan. But He started before me and he was at 312 and is already down 304 so in just about 8 days he lost 8 lbs which is really good! but he also exercises! On the other had when I started, I had a rough time, I had a slight headache, and some weakness, but I am sure it was the pills pulling all the toxins out of my body. It has since tapered off and feeling pretty good actually! Last night I slept so good! I really think by the time we're both through with this cleanse we will look and feel like a million bucks!
