I found the Full Body Cleanse to be good for me. It gave me discipline and structure. Eating raw was new for me. I took this challenge to be able to stop taking my high blood pressure medication. My pills gave me angioedema. I stopped taking them and waited a week before seeing my doctor. At the visit I had lost twenty pounds and my blood pressure was normal. I was satisfied with this herbal greens cleanse when I tried it a couple of months ago. The only set back for me is the 4 days of headaches which I have experienced with the Full Body Cleanse as well. I didn't lose weight but I lost inches all around and was very pleased with my results. I want to do this regimen again. I wish I had drank more green smoothies during the first one. I believe my results would have been better. I plan to do that during this one I plan to do this week. I appreciate to vegetarian formula in these herbs.
