So far so good! Results are better than I expected. I am combining this cleanse with a workout regime as well. I must say I was really apprehensive to expect any results or change at all, but I have been pleased! In the mornings I drink a fruit/veg smoothie, snack on raw almonds and then at lunch time I eat a pretty nice size salad. My snack again consists of either fruit or raw nuts and then at dinner time a small salad. I love the drink tea anyway, to so have the detox tea available to drink in the mornings and evening is a great treat for me! *

The Full Body Cleanse has helped with my periods, it reduced my period pain significantly, I used to sleep sitting on my couch because that was the only way I could get comfortable, but now I can sleep on my bed. I like the result, my belly has gone down a little as well, so I am going to try the full cleanse and regimen. I will recommend this product, it helped me out. *

I've been on the Full Body Cleanse for 15 days now and I feel so much better. I have lost 7 pounds and hope to lose another 4 before the cleanse is finished. I'm on the 21 day cleanse. I've been following a raw diet like recommended. I am really happy with the results. I'm planning on buying the Weight Release Formula supplements to keep up with this program. *

So today is day 12 of 10 days dherbs cleanse. After 10 days I lost 6 pounds; 2 days later I am keeping (mostly) raw now and still seeing a reduction on my weight and waist. The products were not harsh, I was only using the bathroom slightly more than my usual. The program was easy to follow. Some users said they did not like taking 5 pills but they were gentle to take. I think the structure of the suggested program helped me to stay on track and I am happy with my results. *

I love the cleanse!!! I tried the 10 day cleanse and wish I had just gotten the 20 day again. The 10 day is awesome it just wasn't enough for me. I lost about 6 lbs and feel great! I'm going back to the 20 day cleanse now. *

Bowel Motion definitely does the job if you need help going to the bathroom. *

Thanks Dherbs, a few friends and I decided to get our health and weight in control by doing the Full Body Cleanse. The detox was amazing,the first few days my body was aching due to the amount of toxins in the body. I felt lighter and more energized around the third day. The key is to prep your raw meals and snacks, so you can stay true to the cleanse. Well pleased with the results down 18lbs. Trying the Weight Release soon. *
