I started the Full Body Cleanse - and the first few days were a challenge. However, by the end of the 20th day I had lost over 24lbs and my rosacea on my face was no longer itchy an red, my throat problems from GERD was non-existent as well as my indigestion. This will be a stable every year just to reset my body! Eating veggies and fruit was not difficult- however, after 20 days it will be difficult to start chewing "food" again.
