Great product! Second day so far was the hardest I had a horrible headache for the entire day pretty much slept all day and night.I have been eating fresh fruit shakes for breakfast and salad for lunch than dinner. I just added a sorted of mix vegetables on top. I'm now on day 14 and have lost 17 pounds and feel great. The best part is having energy and the amazing sleep I'm getting at night. Once I complete the Full Body Cleanse I plan to follow with the Weight Release Cleanse. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to making life style changes or to just better themselves overall. Kidneys, Bladder & Adrenals Tea is some great tea. It definitely clean out your kidneys. My bladder seems like it is working overtime to relieve a lot toxic. I will buy this again. *
