I took the Garcinia Cambogia supplement and it did just what it said, I would sometime had to remind myself I that I needed to eat. The biggest part of taking this product is that it really do works. I changed my eating habits, I did some exercise and I drunk plenty of water and I watch my pound just fall off. So yes I would recommend the Garcinia Cambogia. *
