I got my third 20 Day Full Body Cleanse last week and I will begin on Monday. My first cleanse helped with the elimination of meat along with my over compulsive intake of sweets. This time I'm adding the Sugar Formula for extra assistance with hope of eliminating sweets all together. The cleanse also aids with clarity of mind, allowing me to have a better center with self. When using the Full Body Cleanse my energy increases allowing me to workout more. I will add aquatics classes, and increase my walking on this journey. Let's get busy! *
