To those who are questioning whether or not to do it...do it! Yes, it will be hard, but trust me, you will feel fantastic! I never write reviews, but always read them. I have to write one for this product. We are inundated with plans, diets, regimes constantly to lose weight, look good or whatever you think you may need. A lot of them are not good, but I can say because of using this product and really following what they have to say, it works. Our health is important and yes, you may make mistakes here and there, but this teaches you what your body should feel like without the garbage we consume periodically. It's hard not to. Everywhere we go, bad food in stores, restaurants, convenient stores and grocery stores. It's tempting constantly. The Full Body Cleanse reduces cravings and consistently makes you think about what you are consuming. The twenty days are important for that reason among others. Don't question whether or not if you can do it, but why wouldn't you. Have some fun, follow the cleanse and feel new again! *

I've tried several different detox systems but the Full Body Cleanse is the only one that works for me and it is also the only one that keeps me disciplined. I felt so good after using the Colon Cleanse. In addition to feeling positive and energetic I also lost 10 pounds.
