I tried the 10 day Full Body Cleanse because my husband recommended it. I'm so glad I did. It was perfect timing because I was in between jobs at the time. At first it was extremely hard because I'm a coffee drinker and a meat lover. However when I got through the first few days It was okay. I must warn you though, that you get bad headaches and body aches, due to the years of neglect, but if you stick with it you would see some amazing results. I no longer have craving for sweets. And I don't pass smelly gas anymore, among other things. This is a great store that offer excellent products.
