FULL BODY CLEANSE ABSOLUTELY WORKS!! First let me say this has been HARD (to follow to the tee) but today is my 19th day (only one more to go) and I have lost 19lbs. Today someone saw me and commented "YOU LOST WEIGHT" and I smiled. Not only did I stick to the cleanse and lose weight but my sugar cravings are GONE and I have decided to EAT CLEAN going forward including following a raw food diet of at least 3 days a week (I have to be realistic to myself) . My skin is brighter and I am no longer as OILY as I used to be (and that is one reason I won't revert back to my old eating habits!!) Again it's really an adjustment to follow the raw food diet but if you put your mind to it and just GO FOR IT before you know it you will be at the 19th day heading to the last day of cleanse feeling like a champion. OMG this diet Ebook is amazing! I keep it by my bed side and it's my night time reading. So much information and advice that I keep going back to every day. I know I am in the UK and we don't have the amount of raw food restaurants that you have in the USA but I'm finding the information helpful. I have also ordered some other books that were recommended in this Ebook. I love the raw but I'm trying to find a way to keep it up in the winter months in the UK. *

I wasn't that sure about the MSM sulfur supplement but when I started it I was amazed at my skin and my hair. My hair started to grow and had an amazing bounce to it. Even though my nails still break they don't break as much and I know with continuous use they will improve a lot. My skin has a glow to it and the marks on my face has started to fade, this was taking the MSM Sulfur and using coconut oil on my skin as well. *
