Good info to have before taking any of their cleanses. And it helps maintain the weight loss after. Very informative. I loved this cleanse. I haven't wanted cigarettes or Starbucks in months. Yes, in 6 days I loss 10 pounds if I would have stay on it for the whole 10 days who knows it would have been 15 maybe?? I don't know. My first time trying it was great if your follow instruction. I will buy it again. *

I love Dherbs! I finished the Weight Release Cleanse about 3 weeks ago and wish I had gotten the 20 day FBC. I could have gone another week easily. I was apprehensive at first when I saw this soap, thinking it is just like the others. But, this black soap bar has made a BIG difference in my skin as a whole. I have looked all over for a soap that would not dry out my skin, but repair it and put it back on the right track. Body Bar Black will be my new soap moving forward!! I just completed my first Full Body Cleanse. I must say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! I thought I'd be hungry, have headaches, upset stomach from so many pills, however, that was not the case. I did use the method on the website to slowly introduce the capsules into my system rather than taking 5 pills right off the start. For my next cleanse, I will begin taking 5 pills immediately. My weight was 178.5 to start and is now 165.3. I feel great, lighter, I look better, (meaning I see the inches / fat melting away) my stomach has gone down, and I am sleeping better. I did find the bowel movement capsules to be a bit strong, but I kept to the plan and I'm fine. The raw diet was not a problem, except for the 4th of July weekend -:); I ate what I wanted for that day, in very small portions and continued my journey the next day. I am now starting the maintenance program as of today. I continue to have a smoothie for breakfast and I'm still eating salads for lunch and a smoothie or small salad for dinner, however, now I might add a bit of baked chicken. The cleanse really helped me to focus more on what and when I put in my body. I would definitely recommend this product, I think it is a good value compared to other supplement plans I've looked at and I plan to do this again. It's not hard, but you must be committed and stick to the plan. I do have a question for Dherbs. I've reviewed the website FAQ's and I see where it is recommended to do the Full Body Cleanse 4 times a year AND I saw an entry where some clients do it back to back. Can you advise which is best method to get the best benefit from the product ? *

I lost 19lbs. I was pleased with the regularity of finally being able to use the restroom. I will do another full body cleanse. *
