I have not long finished the Full Body Cleanse. The first day was hard as I had to get my body use to no cooked foods. From day 2 it was amazing, I was starting to feel light and I was enjoying my food more. After doing a 10 hour day at work I still found myself able to do a hour walk home. Felt amazing and the unwanted weight that I had starting to fall off. Wish the cleanse was longer than 20 days. I still have another 2 stone to release thats why I want to now to the weight release.
